Gospel Communities

At August Gate we believe that God has created us to exist in community.  The biblical definition of the Church isn’t a building but the people of God who gather to know God and make Him known. It is a community of people that find their identity, purpose, and mission in the Gospel. It is nearly impossible to experience the community God designed and desires for us in an hour and a half during a Sunday worship gathering. The purpose of our Gospel Communities is to allow us to live out the life of the Church as Scripture defines.
